Looking for a mid-week group training workout to build or maintain your summer fitness? Or, are you preparing for a late Fall, early winter marathon?
Join Coach Lindsay Leigh for Wednesday night tempo runs, starting from the East Hanover Township Building, 8848 Jonestown Rd, Grantville, PA (see map below).
All sessions run from 6 - 7 p.m., with sign-in/registration at 5:45.

- One hour, coached group sessions, featuring a tempo-style workout.
- Runners of all levels are welcome! Each workout will feature options for beginner, intermediate & advanced runners. Note: all of these workouts assume that athletes are able to run at least 60 minutes at an aerobic effort. Beginner = new to tempo-style or speed workouts. All athletes should work to their individual ability level.
- Each session will include: warmup, drills, main sets, cool down and debriefing
- $10 per session, or purchase 6 sessions for $50
- Please wear headlamps so you can see the walking path.
