Group Tempo Runs

Join Coach Lindsay Leigh for Tuesday night tempo runs, starting from the East Hanover Township Building, 8848 Jonestown Rd, Grantville, PA (see map below). 

Spring 2018 Dates

All sessions run from 6 - 7 p.m., with sign-in/registration at 5:45.

  • Tuesday, March 27
  • Tuesday, April 3
  • Tuesday, April 10
  • Tuesday, April 17
  • Tuesday, April 24


  • One hour, coached group sessions, featuring a tempo-style workout. 
  • Runners of all levels are welcome! Each workout will feature options for beginner, intermediate & advanced runners. Note: all of these workouts assume that athletes are able to run at least 60 minutes at an aerobic effort. Beginner = new to tempo-style or speed workouts. All athletes should work to their individual ability level. 
  • Each session will include: warmup, drills, main sets, cool down and debriefing
  • $10 per session, or purchase all 6 sessions upfront for $50
  • No egos! Just sweat & smiles
