Group Training

Training with others makes the suffering more fun. We have several formal and informal group training opportunities:

Fall Tempo Runs

Join Coach Lindsay for a weekly mid-week tempo run. Great for those working to build or maintain fitness – as well as athletes preparing for a late fall or early winter half or full marathon. Sessions begin November 1 and run through December 13, 2017. Runs are based in Grantville, PA. For more information, click here.

Half-Marathon Training Group

Starting in January, 2018, we’ll offer a half-marathon training group for athletes interested in running the Atlantic City April Fools Half Marathon on April 15, 2018. (Note: if you have a similarly timed race, you can also join in on the fun!). You can opt to join for the full training plan, or just join us for the weekend long runs.¬†Weekly group runs will be on the race course!
