Training with others makes the suffering more fun. We have several formal and informal group training opportunities:
We are super excited to offer a Training Camp for 70.3 or 140.6 triathletes in Lake Placid–one of the most iconic and scenic triathlon destinations in the US! You have the choice of a 4-day option from June 7-10, or a 2-day option from June 9-10.
Space will be limited to 24 athletes to ensure time for individualized coaching throughout the camp. If you want to reserve your spot, email us!
Triathlon is a winter sport that is played in the summer. It’s time to get ready now with a 12-week endurance strength training and mobility workshop, designed specifically for endurance athletes in triathlon and running. Sessions are held every Saturday morning, from January 20-April 7, 2018 (exception: March 25). For more information, click here!
Our Track Sessions begin in May and run through the end of August. Our last track session is a 5k race on the track. The primary location for these is in the Atlantic City, NJ area. Sign up or drop in! No egos – just sweat and smiles. Click this link for more information.
Join Coach Lindsay for a weekly mid-week tempo run. Great for those working to build or maintain fitness – as well as athletes preparing for a late fall or early winter half or full marathon. Runs are based in Grantville, PA. Spring dates will be announced soon! For more information, click here.
