Coach Lindsay Zemba Leigh has had a passion for fitness and endurance sports all her life and uses this passion and knowledge to motivate athletes to be their best.

Lindsay brings key strengths to our coaching team. She has a M.S. in Biology, is a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through NSCA, USAT Level 1 Coach, Certified Yoga Instructor, and NESTA Nutrition Coach.

Lindsay was a swimmer from a young age and through college. She also ran cross country her last 2 years of college.
