Coach Maria Simone

Maria is the head coach for No Limits Endurance Coaching.

A lifelong runner turned triathlete, Maria is an enthusiastic ambassador for endurance sport. Triathlon and ultra running has revolutionized her life, teaching her to fear less and live more. She loves the competition and camaraderie that the endurance sport community provides.

As a coach, Maria takes a holistic approach to training that considers not only physical athletic ability and history, but also mental training, nutritional habits, and life-work-training balance.

Maria blogs about her personal training and racing experiences at Running A Life. This site gives you a good sense of her personality, with is one part sassy, one part tough love, one part weepy and many parts friendly.

Coach John Jenkins

John finishes the 2015 Florida Double Anvil as the 2nd place OA finisher, while setting the course record for the double marathon on that course. Of note, both John and the first place finisher broke the previous overall course record. John is pictured here with Race Director Steve Kirby.

John is the motivational guru for No Limits Endurance Coaching.

John is a world-class age-group triathlete and competitive ultrarunner. He mixes a recipe of hard work, focus and commitment as the ingredients to achieving your best performance. He also believes that working on mental fitness, and learning to remain focused and calm – despite moments of anxiety, discomfort or uncertainty – is a skill to be learned and honed through training.

  • First place male OA, Peaks Ultra 50 mile run, McNaughton, VT, June, 2013
  • Multiple time Boston Qualifier
  • First place, 2013 Silver Sojourn, a 272 mile ultra cycling event through the Adirondacks, starting in Wilmington, NY.

Coach Lindsay Zemba Leigh

lindsay pictLindsay is a coach with No Limits Endurance. She has had a passion for fitness and endurance sports all her life and uses this passion and knowledge to motivate athletes to be their best.

Lindsay brings key strengths to our coaching team. She has a M.S. in Biology, is a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through NSCA, USAT Level 1 Coach, Certified Yoga Instructor, and NESTA Nutrition Coach.

Lindsay was a swimmer from a young age and through college. She also ran cross country her last 2 years of college. This perfect blend eventually led her to become a formidable triathlon competitor, having done seven Ironman Triathlons, including two world championships in Kona, seven marathons, and she just completed her first 50 mile ultramarathon.

When Lindsay is not training she spends her time with her young son (soon to be two sons), her triathlete husband, and two dogs, a Boston Terrier and a Puggle.
